For this destination celebration with guests flying in from the U.S., we leaned into The Dylan’s refined charm and created a cosy, candlelit atmosphere. Instead of abundant florals, the design focused on warm candlelight, textural neutrals, and white-and-green accents—a calm, modern palette that let the hotel’s historic architecture shine.
Clusters of candles at varying heights, soft linens, natural greenery, and a few thoughtfully placed white florals set an intimate tone. The look felt effortless and elevated—romantic without excess, photogenic from ceremony through late evening.
Following the reception, guests stepped onto canal boats for a quintessential Amsterdam moment en route to the afterparty at Satchmo. Music and night-time city views kept the energy high and the transitions seamless.
