For this large Chinese wedding of 350 guests, we designed a smooth, high-energy flow across two venues. The day began with a heartfelt ceremony, followed by a convivial lunch at Kasteel de Wittenburg, and culminated in a reception dinner and party at Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim.
To match the couple’s vision, the day was filled with entertainment—from Chinese acts to scavenger hunts, choreographed dances, and a showstopping 8-course dinner. We built the schedule around these highlights to keep energy high and transitions effortless.
